    National Transformation Fund

The National Transformation Fund (NTF) serves as a government fund dedicated to financing projects aimed at enhancing Grenada's economy and facilitating its diversification. Those opting for this pathway are required to make a one-time contribution to the NTF. It's essential to understand that applicants cannot directly contribute to the NTF themselves; instead, they must engage the services of an Authorised Local Agent.

Through the NTF option, applicants have the choice to either immediately pursue citizenship or initially seek permanent residence, with the option to apply for citizenship at a later stage.

As an Authorised Local Agent, feel free to reach out to us for further details regarding the NTF pathway and the specific criteria that applicants need to meet

    Approved Real Estate Investment

The process of endorsing a project for citizenship by investment commences with the Citizenship by Investment Committee, which evaluates feasible projects and puts forth recommendations to the Minister. Subsequently, the Minister deliberates on whether to sanction the project, and the approval is then made public through publication in the Gazette.

Presently, the predominant portion of endorsed projects comprises real estate developments situated on Grenada's island. These encompass upscale hotels, resorts, and villas. Applicants opting to invest in a sanctioned project must conduct their investment via an Authorised Local Agent. As an Authorised Local Agent, please don't hesitate to reach out to us for further details regarding the sanctioned projects pathway and the prerequisites that applicants need to satisfy.

    Significant Investment

A "significant investment," as defined by the Minister, entails a financial commitment meeting a threshold determined by the authority, reflecting a substantial contribution to the Grenadian economy. Such investment is expected to yield substantial benefits for the nation's economic growth and development while concurrently fostering employment opportunities for Grenadian citizens. This definition encompasses various forms of investment, including the acquisition of real estate, the purchase of registered businesses within Grenada, or investment in shares of one or multiple companies. By encouraging investments that meet these criteria, Grenada aims to stimulate economic activity and bolster its workforce, thereby contributing to the nation's overall prosperity.
